"резкое снижение цен на рынке недвижимости происходит только при экономических и политических катаклизмах" what means "sudden drop down in the prices at the real estate market happens only when there are economic and politic cataclysms"The indicator is not a good one in my opinion. I am really afraid of the economic catastrophy in Belarus next year, but hopefully it will be somehow good for the people. Some shocks bring people back to the reality.
