There you go, 2006 Photograph of the Year Content is onpened on Photography corner and just in time when it's really needed. Everyone can paticipate in this event for free. Rules of the contest are avaliable here, so you can read them in full at website. I think that all photographers should participate in a many as possible contests, because then they can develop they skills and get some new tasks:) Well, not only the skills to participate in contests, but also the skills to take nice photos! In this contest you can present only one work, and, by the way, the rules of the contest my be changed by the organisers anytime:)
What can you win? You can win 250$ in cash, for example, plus 10 more prises (so total price is much higher, you can cosult with website of the organisers for more details). Among which you can see 400 credits for iStockPhoso, they are valued $690, what is not bad at all. Contest is also supported by Istockphoto.com, by the way. So once again I am happy that I've chosen that site to deal with my photos:) That's whay I will try to participate in this contest and maybe I will get sth nice, I will do my best, anyway.
