Waiting for Spring in the beginning of Winter

I used to adore winter when I was a child, but now when it starts I start thinking of Spring. Maybe too many celebrations during winter months? Catholic Christmas, New Year, Birth Day, Ortodox Christmas, Old New Year... Too many;)
